All letters & parcels are to be collected within 60 days, or they will be automatically disposed.

Customers would need to ensure that there is no damage to the furnishing, electronic equipment and adapters provided for their convenience. Should there be any damage, the customer would be liable to replace or compensate for the damaged item.

Virtual Office Singapore™ offers fourteen (14) days money-back guarantee for Business Address services. For other services, there will be no refund. Any refunds will be done via the same payment channel.

Should there be a negative balance for deposit, the client will require to settle outstanding amount within fourteen (14) working days, failing which the account may be frozen.
