For the first service, you will be issued a dedicated Singapore business phone number and any incoming calls will be redirected to any number around the world.

For the last service, you will be issued a dedicated Singapore business phone number and callers will be greeted, using automated attendant system with a professionally recorded greeting - e.g. "Thank you for calling .... For sales, press 1..." . Auto-attendant is also known as Interactive Voice Response (IVR).

For all the services, you can select from a list of available phone numbers and there will be charges for the call duration. The setup of phone services takes about 1-2 working day.
