1. Are there any hidden costs?
The prices are as stated above.
Note that prices do not include fees payable to government bodies and software developers.
2. How about softwares?
To better cater to different customers' needs, we are working with various solution partners (such as Xero, Quickbook, Talenox, etc) and as such we are platform-neutral. All we need is that your user permission to use your existing solution to handle your accounting, taxation or payroll tasks. This would save you from costs and migration headaches.
If you do not have any existing solution, we will be more than happy to setup for you. The prices for online accounting softwares would range from US$25 to US$30 per month.
3. How do I send over my receipts, invoices, etc?
You can either come by our office to pass these documents to us, or send by mail or courier. We can also arrange collection by our default courier (delivery fee bear by customer). All these documents will be properly filed.
4. How do we pay?
We will bill you after we have done the job. Also, all customers will require to place a 3 months refundable deposit for accounting & payroll services. Estimation of deposit will be based on transactional history.
