ForewordsWhen I build this company, I came with a simple vision of a company which I yearned for. After working for companies that doesn't really care for its staff, I wanted this company to represent my belief in really, genuinely taking care of its people.
A company is only worth as much as the value of its people. At Freedom Group, we deemed everyone as part of one big happy family. We hold birthday parties, christmas celebration, giving a little bonus for oversea trips, having chit-chat over nice dinner... basically having fun together. Coming soon will be our get-together for Chinese New Year, Valentine's, Birthdays, etc.
Same time, we provide good benefits and show good welfare for all. Medical, dental, educational and emotional, are areas which the Group hopes to take care of. Although we are no Microsofts or Citibanks, I hope this company will be the good employer who truly cares for its people. And only a company who loves their own people are able to provide their best to its customers.

Since early March 2007, Karen has been planning and directing all aspects of the departmental policies and objectives, while maintaining and ensuring budgetary adherence. She also oversee the processing of various payment streams and collection activities productively. |

Prior to Freedom, Nina was intensively involved in the stage & theatre culture. She was a Stage Crew of Wild Rice Productions(One of Singapore's leading professional theatre companies which have won great acclaim at major international arts festivals) and Fiction Farm.
As one of the pioneering staffs joined on December 2004, Nina has been managing all new and existing customers' requests, telephony administration and initiatives to ensure a pleasant customer experience satisfaction. |

Prior joining Freedom Group, Kavitha was the Administrative Assistant of Great Eastern.
For the past coming 1 year, Kavitha has been providing efficient backend support to the Senior Operation Excutive in the Mailroom Division and performing complex mailroom responsibilities such as re-directing of mails for internal and external deliveries, and providing mail-related services to meet customers' requests and expectations.
