Mail Notification Whenever mails arrive, Virtual Office Singapore provides notification via email & sms (for local mobile phone users only) and information of sender of the mails will be provided. Mail Notification is free of charge for all clients of Virtual Office Singapore.

Mail Self-Collection For EconomyClass customers, mails will be kept for your self-collection and uncollect mails will be disposed after 90 days. All mails are processed and to be collected only at 14 Robinson Road #13-00 Far East Finance Building Singapore 048545 during our office hours.

Weekly Mail Forwarding For any arrival of postal mails, including courier items and small parcels, Virtual Office Singapore provides Mail Forwarding every Thursday*. Mail Forwarding will be free from any handling or postal charge for mails that will be forwarded to Singapore postal address. Foreign customers will required to place a deposit of $100 for postal charges. *If Thursday is a public holiday or non-working day, mail forwarding will be postponed to the following working day. Upon registration, detailed information will be sent to you via PDF on how to use our mail forwarding service.

Dedicated Phone Line With our innovative Dedicated Phone Line, Virtual Office Singapore offers a dedicated phone number and allow the calls to be transferred to your fixed line number or mobile number, no matter where you are in the world, or anytime of the day. Inbound calls to your Singapore-based numbers will be charge at about $0.06 per minute*. Dedicated Phone Line will require a tariff deposit of $100. Dedicated Phone Line will be issued within 5 - 7 working days. Additional Dedicated Phone Line will be charge at $35 per month and requires a tariff deposit. *Calls to foreign-based numbers will be charged at a different rate. For customers from certain countries, you may need to fax us your business/company registration certificate and passport for activation of this service. Dedicated Fax Line With our innovative Dedicated Fax Line, Virtual Office Singapore offers you a dedicated fax number and allow all faxes document to be send directly to your email, in the popular Adobe PDF format. Inbound faxes will be routed to your email address without any handling charge. Outbound faxes to Singapore-based fax number will be charged at $0.50 per page*. Additional Dedicated Fax Line will be charge at $25 per month. Dedicated Fax Line will be issued within 5 - 7 working days. For shared fax, all forwarding of fax documents will be done on working days only and there will be no charges for fax forwarding. *Outbound faxes to foreign-based fax numbers will be a standard charge at $1 per page. All outbound faxes will require a tariff deposit of $20. For customers from certain countries, you may need to fax us your business/company registration certificate and passport for activation of this service. Meeting Facilities Having a meeting and require Meeting Facilities? Virtual Office Singapore provide a simple meeting room which is comfortable for 6 persons. Office Hours (Monday - Friday, 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM) Virtual Office Clients : $10 per hour. Non-Virtual Office Clients : $ 20 per hour. Non-Office Hours (Weekdays) Virtual Office Clients : $20 per hour. Non-Virtual Office Clients : $ 30 per hour. Non-Office Hours (Weekends) Virtual Office Clients : $35 per hour. Non-Virtual Office Clients : $ 45 per hour. *All booking must be made 1 day in advance. Same day booking is possible upon availability of the meeting room. All bookings subjected to availability.
