Wishing All A Peaceful Festive

Hello everyone. First and foremost, let me wish everyone a peaceful festive (dongzhi, christmas and new year).

When I was really young, I enjoyed the holidays. I remembered that my grandma used to do up the ingredient for tang yuan, white and red dough which my siblings and I have fun helping although we make funny odd shapes which makes the end product quite uncooked. Come to think of it, it was one of the very few times, when family members are together, laughing and being there for each other.

While I can't really say that I'm a family man, putting 100% of my time into family matters, I guess I'm one of those who loves to see the people I love and who loves me, enjoying themselves. Gone were the days when all it matters were partying hard out there while leaving my family at home watching TVs.

I added a youtube clip on our main banner and hope you enjoy this touching ad from Pepsi (we're not in any commercial relationship with Pepsi, other than drinking it... burp).

8th Year Into The Virtual Office Business

Dearest Customers,

Thank you for your warm support throughout the last 8 years. Wow.

The past 12 months (since the last blog), there are many changes in people as well as office environment.

Since people are our key asset, let me write something about them first. Our management team has evolved into a team of 3 - sales, operations and administration, headed by Mr. Vincent Aik, Ms. Shirlene Tan and Ms. Iris Kwa. We also have a team of dedicated operation staffs to ensure that customers get the best possible service (you guys know who you are!). I will be writing up their profile real soon, so if you're keen to know them, keep a watch out.

Since 2005 when we got this sky-level office at Far East Finance Building, there was an urgent need to give the office a new revamp. While it was cozy, wallpaper was torn here and there, office becomes really messy and the entire environment was really run down.

Early this year, we compiled valuable feedback from our clients (BIG THANKS!) and work with a renovation decorator to spice up the office. During the month of May, the office was rebuild into a modern workplace. Now, our reception is extremely welcoming with background music and nice lighting; meeting room has the latest Samsung LED Smart TV for all that snazzy presentation, surround hifi system, high-class armchairs and a tempered glass whiteboard; washroom was done with quality tiles and fitting; sound-proofing for all public areas, and even a red carpet at our front door to welcome you and your guest. There is even a separate room to collect your mails, so your clients wouldn't know it is a virtual office.

In terms of security-wise, we have installed new equipment with 24 hours security system with motion, closed-circuit TV with night-vision and as well as implementing a new mail collection policy for total security.
